Kracht Pride Workout

It's time to get your pump in on our yearly Pride Workout! We will spend the whole hour making sure your pecs, biceps and booty will double up in size and your shirt will suddenly become very tight. Rainbow tanktop, a carefully selected playlist and lots of eye contact while doing your curls is a must for this class. All levels are welcome.
