Personal Training
Are you looking for more extensive one-on-one coaching to achieve your goals? We offer Personal Training for anyone who prefers a more personal touch, or for those wanting to work on specific strength skills, such as a first ring muscle-up o. If you are training for a specific event, we can also create a tailor-made training program for you to complement your training. Our experienced coaches will also take factors like your recovery, sleep, nutrition and active rest days into consideration.
For Businesses
Healthy employees are more productive and less often sick, which can lead to an increase in productivity within your company. Working out together also encourages team building, which can positively influence a working atmosphere. ​

You can choose from the following options: Company fitness classes for your team only; at Kracht inside or in our garden, or on-site at your chosen location, joining our regular classes with your company, Health & Lifestyle Challenges or Teambuilding Events.


Nutrition Coaching
Each person has different physical goals and nutritional needs, whether you’re looking to build up muscle mass, gain some weight or lose some fat mass.

We believe it is important that you feel comfortable in your own skin throughout your journey. With a holistic view on our nutrition approach and we won’t just tell you what to eat but also teach you the reasoning behind it. The changes you make should feel like a part of a lifestyle that you can maintain and take with you throughout different phases of your personal life.

With every membership, you get access to all our classes: from KRACHT45, Strength, and Engine to Pilates, Reset, Oly, and SilverFox.
Each membership is designed to match your rhythm, whether you train a couple of times per week or make Kracht part of your daily routine.
After the first 3 months, all memberships continue month by month, so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with full flexibility.

At Kracht, we help young athletes build strength, confidence, and healthy movement habits that last a lifetime. Our Teens program introduces functional training in a safe and supportive environment — focused on good technique, fun, and progress at every level.
