The 1-on-1 intro session is a one-hour personal training session in which you learn the basic principles needed to join our group classes. The session includes in-depth technique work, focusing on the form and execution of essential movements. In most cases, one session is enough to prepare you, but sometimes a second session is recommended. This is always decided together with you and your coach. You can also join our group classes without having done a 1-on-1 intro session, but we strongly recommend starting with an intro if you’re new to functional training.
