At Kracht Amsterdam, in the heart of the Houthavens, we build stronger people and we do it together. Specialty Classes: build skills, not just sweat

These sessions are designed to help you improve key skills and movements that support everything else you do in the gym. Whether you're refining technique or learning something new, our specialty classes offer the tools and coaching to help you move with more control, strength, and confidence.
We offer:
(Foundational) Gymnastics – Learn how to better control your body with scalable progressions for movements like pull-ups, handstands, core holds, and more. Great for building strength, coordination, and confidence in your own movement.
Olympic Weightlifting – Develop power, precision, and timing through the snatch and clean & jerk. These lifts are coached step-by-step to make them accessible for all levels, whether you're just starting or want to fine-tune your technique.
Focused Strength Classes – For anyone who wants to get stronger in the basics. These classes zoom in on core lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, using structured programming to build strength safely and effectively.
Workshops – Deeper dives into topics like mobility, recovery, breathwork, mindset, and nutrition — all designed to help you train smarter and take better care of your body beyond the gym floor.

We have a holistic view on movement. That’s why we offer classes like Pilates, Animal flow and Mobility training, to help you recover better, move more freely, and prevent injuries before they happen.
