Several years ago we run our first Kracht nutrition and lifestyle challenge and you crushed it. But one of the biggest eye openers for everyone that participated was the importance of fibre in our diet. It’s an underrated powerhouse for our health and its benefits are essential for a balanced way of eating.


A diet rich in insoluble and soluble fibre has not only a positive impact on our digestion, it can also lower our ldl cholesterol and blood pressure. It can even reduce the risk for type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases and help us with weight management due to an increase of satiety and a reduction of cravings.


In general we suggest a daily intake of 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men. If you have no idea how to get there, ask our coaches. They are more than happy to help you out.
