KRACHT45
After kicking off our post-Kracht Games phase in July, we’re now heading into the second month of our high-intensity cycle. Expect more sprint-style workouts, challenging intervals, and repeatable efforts that push your threshold and build serious conditioning.Strength-wise, we’re continuing to build toward a CrossFit Total, testing your 3-rep max in the Back Squat, Deadlift, and Strict Press, each lift spaced across the week to give you the best shot at progress. In gymnastics, we’re shifting the focus from inversion work to pulling strength. That means progressions toward stronger pull-ups and more advanced gymnastic capacity. Stay consistent, stay aggressive, this is where the gains happen.
KRACHT60
August brings continued momentum in KRACHT60. On Tuesdays, we’re building further on our Olympic lifting and explosive jumping work, think snappier movement and greater power output.Saturdays remain all about upside-down skills, with handstand walking drills and wall walk conditioning to boost your upper body endurance and control. Whether you’re mastering the basics or fine-tuning technique, this phase keeps raising the bar, literally.
Olympic Weightlifting
August is about building precision under pressure. We’re gradually working toward heavier weights in the classic lifts, while maintaining a strong emphasis on speed, timing, and technical efficiency.Expect focused work on receiving positions, bar velocity, and footwork, especially in the snatch and jerk. Mid-month, we’ll introduce more advanced drills that challenge your coordination, speed, and consistency.Stay sharp, trust the process, and know that every rep is building toward something bigger, the Lift-Off on August 30. Let’s lift smart, move well, and finish summer strong.
Strength
In August, we’re entering the final phase of this strength cycle, shifting focus toward higher intensity to activate the high-threshold motor units responsible for maximal force and power. You’ll see fewer reps, heavier weights, and more time spent under challenging loads as we work toward peak performance. After building steadily over the past weeks, we’ll take a brief step back to recover and absorb the gain before picking things up again and transitioning into the next cycle with renewed energy and momentum. Now’s the time to push past previous limits, test your progress, and see what you’re capable of. You’ve laid the foundation, now lift with purpose.
Kracht Reset: every Saturday
Throughout the summer, we’ve been piloting a new version of our Mobility class, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Kracht Reset is here to stay (at least for now)! This slower, more restorative session combines Yin-inspired stretching, guided breathwork, and body awareness techniques to help you wind down, recover, and reconnect. Whether you're balancing out your KRACHT45 training or simply in need of a mindful moment after a full week, Reset offers the space to recharge, physically and mentally. Join us every Saturday and give your body (and mind) the reset it deserves.
