Our classes
Our group training is about more than shared gym sweat, it’s shared progress. We train in small groups (max 14 people), which allows coaches to give real attention to each individual, while still creating the energy and accountability that only a group can provide.

The result? A training environment where individual growth happens through collective effort. You’re not alone, and you never have to guess what to do. Our programming is structured, progressive, and purposeful, combining strength, conditioning, skill work, and mobility to create a complete training experience.
KRACHTENGINE
A 45-minute class where we focus on our aerobic capacity. In these classes. the workouts are designed to either focus on our lactate threshold, Vo2 Max, or strength and speed endurance. We mostly train in intervals to allow full recovery in between the high-intensity sets.
KRACHT60
A 60-minute class with functional movements performed at high intensity for advanced athletes only. These workouts are highly varied in duration, format, and type. By combining and varying elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and endurance sports, no workout is the same. You can expect high-pace, high-volume and complex movements during this class. Athletes must meet the prerequisites to participate.
KRACHT45
This is a 45-minute class combining foundational lifting with a metabolic conditioning workout. Expect moderate complexity and loading. Each class starts with a functional warm-up and brief skill focus, then moves into strength work and the workout. New athletes get a smart intro to complexity, load, and variance; experienced athletes refine mechanics, consistency, and intensity.



Olympic Weightlifing
Here you learn and solidify the techniques of the Olympic Weightlifting movements: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. You can expect a warm-up including technique drills and then at least one lift or complex to build in weight, yet work on improving your technique. These classes are ideal for athletes new to Olympic Weightlifting, but also for advanced athletes who want to master their movements and learn new cues from our experienced coaches.
Strength
Our Strength class builds raw strength with classic barbell lifts and smart accessory work. Expect progressive overload, controlled tempo, and balanced development, without the intensity or complexity of the KRACHT45 classes. Train with purpose to get stronger, refine technique, and build muscle in a structured, no-frills session, ideal for beginners and experienced lifters alike.


KRACHT50+
This class isn’t about pushing harder or going all out, it’s about smart, purposeful movement. Together, we work on building and maintaining strength, cardio fitness, balance, and mobility: all the physical qualities you need to stay energetic, independent, and vital as you age. This class meets the needs of a new generation of older adults: people who want to stay fit, feel good, and enjoy being active, now and in the future. Growing older with a smile, that’s the goal!
KRACHTTeens
From the age of 12, most kids are ready for a more challenging program with their buddies. The functioning of the human body in these years can change from week to week. Assessing and working with these changes gives teens the key to success in developing effectively physically and mentally. During this class, we will focus on more advanced techniques and continues to develop physical skills.


Pilates
Mat Pilates builds balanced strength and mindful movement through precise, controlled sequences. We target the deep core and supportive spinal muscles, enhance mobility and flexibility, and rebalance the body. Integrated breath work activates the abdominal wall. Key elements: concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow.
Handstand
This handstand class builds your “line”, a strong, stacked alignment, through targeted strength, mobility, and flexibility drills. We then progress from headstand to handstand balance, practicing safe entries and exploring key shapes (tuck, straddle, pike). All levels welcome; progressions and spotting provided.
Reset
This is a slower, deeper, and more restorative class designed to help you unwind and recover. Expect Yin Yoga-inspired stretches, guided breathing, and body scans. It’s the perfect way to complement your KRACHT45 training or simply take a moment to reset after a long week.
