A training of 45 minutes with foundational weight lifting followed by a metabolic conditioning workout. You will see movements of moderate complexity with moderate loading. Each class begins with a functional warm-up, followed by a skill review, and then a strength component coupled with the workout.
Whether you are looking to get back in shape, explore new training options, or want to learn new skills, KRACHT 45 is ideal! Each class has a maximum of 14 people and every workout can be scaled dow and adapted to your needs or level. Plus, you will always have one of our experienced coaches there guiding you! Suitable for both newer athletes and experienced athletes.
