Our mobility classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best—both in the gym and in everyday life. We focus on building strength in end ranges (true mobility), not just flexibility, while weaving in mindfulness to deepen your connection with your body.
Each session is thoughtfully programmed and shifts focus every two weeks—targeting areas like hips, shoulders, squat mobility, and more. You’ll leave not only feeling great, but with practical tools and greater awareness to support your movement journey beyond the class.
