A full-body physical training session designed to enhance strength, mobility, and flexibility through conscious movement. You’ll focus on activating the deep, stabilizing muscles that support the spine and joints.

Every movement is guided by breath, helping you connect mind and body for a more intentional practice. The class is built around five key principles: concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow — leading you to move with purpose
