Our Workouts

In the KRACHT45 classes we follow an all-encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, from beginner to advanced.

One program, three levels

All versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete. Whatever your goals are, the KRACHT45 workout will get you there.

Foundations

The Foundations track of the KRACHT45 provides an approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights, focussing on building and acquiring movements or fitness qualities and emphasizes the foundations. It both tailors those at the beginning of their Kracht-journey, and to the more experienced members needing a bit more foundational practice in certain skills or workouts.

Scaled

The Scaled track will be in-between the Rx and Foundations tracks. This includes some more complex movements and heavier loads, while avoiding any very high-skilled or super heavy weights making this a perfect option for those a bit further down their Kracht-journey.

Rx

The Rx track is the performance version of the KRACHT45 workout and allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. You might even see “scale-up” options suggested, this will allow us to tailor the regular Rx a bit more attainable for a larger group of athletes on a regular basis. While giving those who can, the opportunity to practice complex gymnastics and heavy weightlifting.
