Silver Fox - Fitness for Seniors

A training of 45 minutes for the slightly older athlete (50+) with the focus on building and maintaining strength and mobility as well as to work on cardio and balance: everything the Silver Fox needs to grow old with a smile. This class begins with a general warm-up, followed by a skill review, then a strength component coupled with the workout, all in a safe and accessible way to grow old fit and vital.

Our coaches can help you scale the workout and work around injuries. Please notify the coach before class about your injury and we will be happy to find you the perfect alternative.

Yourself, comfortable gym clothing and trainers, a water bottle, a towel and a positive attitude!

No, there is no pre-requisite level of fitness to attend our classes. Our coaches will help you in scaling the workouts to your ability level.

Absolutely! Purchase a single class via info@krachtamsterdam.nl and tell us which class you would like to attend. 

Yes, our KRACHT45 classes are suitable for everyone. Our coaches can help you scale the workouts to your current ability level. If you are more experienced, you can also join the KRACHT60 and Olympic Weightlifting classes. If you are 50+, we recommend our special Silver Fox class.
