Cold Exposure and Breathing Workshop
During this workshop we will dive into the benefits of conscious breathing and exposure to cold. You will learn a lot about breathing and you will dive into an ice bath so don't forget your swimwear and towel. By learning to control your breathing, you gain control over your whole body, even in stressful situations. Extremes in cold and heat cause stress in our body, which we can overcome through breathing. Breathing techniques allow us to calm ourselves, both physically, mentally and emotionally. This workshop is all about learning to regulate your own nervous system. It’s for anyone who wants to become comfortable with the uncomfortable.
